Rollforming Solutions for

Metal Roofing Production

The production approach changes with the roofing profile, formed features, material finish, and required length. SAMCO’s equipment can be developed around specific product geometries and the sequence needed to create them.

Depending on the application, a roofing production line may combine material feeding, feature creation, transfer, forming, length control, and downstream handling within one coordinated production sequence.

Controlled feeding can support repeatable material advancement, product lengths, and downstream process timing.

Hydraulic or other press operations may create embossing, step features, cut-off, or related product details where required.

Pick-and-place or powered transfer can move pre-cut or pre-formed material between operations in applicable line configurations.

The forming mill and tooling create the final profile geometry and locking or edge features required by the roofing product.

Automated die transfer or other changeover functions may be incorporated when product range and production economics justify them.

Roofing requirements may involve a combination of forming, tooling, pressing, coil handling, and downstream equipment. Visitors who already know which part of the process they are evaluating can move directly to the relevant equipment category.
