With the use of Solidworks for 3D modelling and RADAN as a CAD CAM sheet metal cutting solution, we design, prototype and produce a wide variety of products from small, precision components to large, complex metal structures.
Our state-of-the-art Bystronic, BySprint 4020 Fiber Laser cutter has a high degree of material utilization processing long sheet formats up to 4 meters in length. It is suitable for a wide spectrum of applications including steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. With up to 6 kilowatts of laser power, stainless steel can be cut with high precision up to a material thickness of 30 mm.
Turret punch presses with bed capacities of 60 X 144 inches can punch and bend steel up to 1⁄4 inch thick.
For heavier duty bending needs we have 90 ton brake presses, with a 10 foot capacity.
A 10 foot shear, an iron worker, a 25 ton crane and oversized shipping doors.
